Dear Community Development,
The Vail Racquet Club Homeowners Association recently received a request on
April 10, 2015 from the owners of Townhome 0-1 and 0-2 to extend the existing
deck outward by 5 feet, The Association conditionally approved this improvement
based upon the owner receiving the proper Town of Vail permits and approval.
The Association believes that this change enhances the unit and will help to
increase the value of the Townhome properties.
