GENERAL NOTES:
1) LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE AND FENCING TO BE PLACED AT THE DRIP EDGE OF TREES TO REMAIN OR AS
APPROVED BY ARBORIST.
2) PRIOR TO DEMOLITION ALL EXISTING UTILITIES WILL BE TURNED OFF AND DISCONNECTED AS FOLLOWS:
CONTRACTOR TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING THE DISCONNECT OF ALL UTILITIES WITH THE
APPROPRIATE UTILITY COMPANIES / DEPARTMENTS.
ELECTRICAL: TO BE DISCONNECTED AT EXISTING TRANSFORMER AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF LOT. DESIGN BUILD
SUBCONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE NEW LARGER AMPERAGE SERVICE TO REPLACE THE EXISTING SERVICE.

GAS: TO BE TURNED OFF AT EXISTING GAS VALVE. GAS LINE TO BE CUT JUST NORTH OF THE VALVE (HOUSE
SIDE OF VALVE). NEW SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED AS NOTED ON MECHANICAL/PLUMBING DRAWINGS.
SEWER: APPROXIMATE LOCATION OF SEWER LINE IS SHOWN ON SHEET A2.0. NEW SEWER LINE CONNECTS
TO EXISTING EAGLE RIVER WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT SEWER LINE AT THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF
THE PROPERTY.
3) PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION FENCE AROUND PROPERTY AT LIMIT OF DISTURBANCE SHOWN ON DEMO PLAN.
4) PROVIDE SILT FENCING AT SIDES & ALL DOWNHILL AREAS OF PROPERTY.
5) IF PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS NOT CONSTRUCTED ALL EXCAVATION TO BE FILLED IN WITH SOIL TO
RESTORE FINISH GRADE TO GENERALLY APPROXIMATE "PRE-EXISTING" GRADE AND SITE TO BE REVEGITATED
TO NATIVE CONDITION.
