The roofs consist of flat roofs with a cement tile / ballast system and shed roofs with a custom dark brown pre-finished sheet metal standing seam roof. There are few overhangs and the siding material typically runs to the top of the parapet at the flat roof forms. Where there are overhangs the fascia consists of a PFSM or Zinc panel fascia. Exposed steel beams and framing add to the modern form and massing. The building siding materials are a balanced mix of a linear stone veneer, stucco, cement board siding, and PFSM and Zinc panels. Steel handrails are proposed at the waterproof decks in order to create as much transparency as possible. The handrails will be painted to match the window color. The driveway will be heated large format paver. Sincerely, Hans Berglund P.O. Box 2378, Edwards, CO 81632 Tel: 970 926-4301 fax: 970 926-4364
