To the Design Review Board for the Town of Vail;
The project under review is located at 1550 Matterhorn Circle and will be to
Design and Install a 6.24 kW Photovoltaic (PV) System that will be flush mounted to the
rooftop of the rental unit on the property owner's parcel. The PV System will consist of
(24) 260W Modules that will be installed in accordance to Local, National and Utility
Codes and Specifications.
There is no storage (battery) associated with this project. The scope of work will
consist of all external (to the dwelling) parts and components except where deemed
necessary for our electrical tie-in (which is currently approved by Holy Cross Energy).
The installation of this system has taken into account aesthesis as well as
functionality as you will see on the Permit / Construction Sheets that are included with
this submittal for approval.
