The revisions to the exterior elevations dated 06/18/2015 have been reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee of the Northwoods Condominium Association.
Individual owner projects:
Unit D310 Renovation:
Exterior elevation revisions by K.H.Webb Architects, plans dated June 18th, 2015.
Status: Approved
Full construction drawings, all paperwork and payments must be received by the Northwoods office prior to commencement of work.
Approvals of these projects are conditional on the owner following the Procedures for Approval of Architectural Changes requested by Owners established by the Association.
The Association’s Approval is subject to review and modification in the future in accordance with any applicable revisions to the current Architectural Review Committee Guidelines or
the adoption of any applicable policies or rules by the Board of Directors or the ARC.
