There is a higher level of information on the current drawings, therefore where a single line may have been shown preciously two or three may be shown now. This additional information is not intended to conflict with earlier DRB submittals but represent a cleaned up set for the DRB. B. As the design has progressed technically, mullion and spandrel glass locations have been modified or refined. C. More control joints are shown in the stucco reflecting requirements by the manufacturer. KEYNOTES 1. These windows are existing to remain. They were shown as new curtainwall on the DRB 2. Corner element widened to hide structure 3. DRB called for stucco to be capped by stone. This was a note error and will be terminated with metal flashing. 4. Curtainwall has been widened to eliminate slivers of hardy panel for better constructability. 5. Area of Corten panels and termination of stone at second floor projection has been slightly modified to accommodate final design structural members. 6. The stone should have been shown as stucco which is around the corner on the DRB drawings. 7. Corten panels between pillars changed to vision glass 8. Storefront ribbon has been reduced and replaced with punched openings. Hardie panels have been changed to stucco between columns A & C. 4th floor NE corner has been notched to match existing building resulting in termination of the corten metal panel brow short of where it originally was shown. 9. Back of mansard changed to metal standing seam in lieu of stucco to match front of mansard. This also matches how the existing mansard on the central building is constructed. 10. Area needed to be added to level 1 for SPRI’s Bio- motion Lab. This addition has a corten metal panel end wall. 11. Extent of storefront ribbon has been reduced to save money. 12. Width of new storefront shortened so as not to pass in front of patient toilet room. 13. Windows do not currently align due to patient room layout. Please note that the window is beneath a soffit and is continuous with an existing window. 14. Roof top equipment screen extended to the east and increased in height per Evergreen Lodge request.
