PROJECT NARRATIVE
The Briar Patch Townhouses Consist of (3) Townhouse units.
Collective Improvements: The front elevation (west) will see the addition of stone veneer, stone walls, metal canopies, and new garage doors. The other elevations
will see the addition of new stucco, new composite siding, new wood fascias/soffits, and trim, new lighting fixtures, and new metal railings.
Unit 1 Improvements: The lower deck will be expanded and will include an outdoor gas fireplace. A new stair on the north elevation will connect the main and lower
level decks.
Unit 2 Improvements: The Main level rear deck will be expanded and connected to the lower level deck via new spiral staircase. The Dining Room is expanded with
a minor additions. The Basement Level Bedroom 2 is expanded via addition.
Unit 3 Improvements: The Upper Level roof deck will be expanded to the south and a new solid railing will be added to the south on-grade stairs to mitigate
snow/mud accumulation on the stairs. Some windows/doors will be replaced and will match white color (Unit 3 only).
