Hi George,
Per our conversation today this is the email that I have sent Paul Bigsby regarding his request for a change in
some of the windows on the southern exposure of our shared common wall at 1180 Casolar Del Norte Drive.
As noted in the email I am only okay with him replacing windows with same-for-same if he must (same sizes,
locations, trim,
color and solid single rectangle of glass) and am not okay with any changes to window location, size, style, trim
or color
at this time. Basically as I communicated back when I approved their latest project request I really do not
want to see any
additional changes to the southern shared common wall side of the building.

Paul,
I have given considerable thought to your request that I approve
changes the locations, size and style of three windows on the
southern exposure of our shared southern exposure common wall side
of the building.
I realize that you feel the need to replace these windows and that
you would prefer to make changes to the windows as
part of your currently approved renovation. However, when I approved the
west side renovations that you are working on now I did try and make it
clear that I wanted no changes made to the southern exposure.
I even told your architect when we spoke prior to your
final set of current plans that I was unwilling to approve any
window size or location changes on that southern exposure.
My position and feelings on this matter have not changed.
If you feel that you must replace the three windows now

I will only be able to approve a change to the same style,
size, trim, color and location of the existing windows.
