HomeMy WebLinkAboutDRB150434_DRB150434 Email_1442525580.pdfMichael – We can revise to say slopes steeper the 2H:1V should be protected with cobble and less steep
slopes can be hydro-seeded. As we discussed on the phone, we don’t really have any latitude to adjust
the boulder stacking as we agreed with the Town to maintain the existing slope dimensions.

Jason,
just following up with the voicemail I left you this AM about the ditch design. Feedback from Duane
and Wayne is that the inclusion of all the rip rap on the slope above the stacked boulders is
unnecessary, excessively costly and architectually unattractive. Can we not simply hydro-seed
which is in-line with the rest of the property vegetation to address any erosion issues you may
have? I’d also like to know if Wayne and his sub can have some latitude in how he stacks the
boulders which I would invite Wayne to discuss with you directly about what he has in mind. Lets
all get on this first thing because I already sent the design to Tom.
thanks
Michael
