1. The approved options for the wall in question include the previously approved
boulder wall, a cement wall with stone veneer matching the house body stone with an
appropriate transition (as determined by staff) to the constructed boulder wall to
the west, or a stucco wall that terminates at an inside corner with an appropriate
transition (as determined by staff) to the constructed boulder wall to the west.
