Re: Minor Exterior Alterations
5123 Black Bear Lane
Dear Design Review Board:
On behalf of the Owners, Tim Howard and Francesca Levaggi, I am bringing before you a proposal for a few
minor alterations to the exterior of 5123 Black Bear Lane:
- Add a pre-finished metal gutter and downspout (painted brown to match the wood
siding and fascia) to the South corner of the roof.
(see 2/A3.0)
- Remove the existing wood railroad tie planters on both sides of the garage doors and
repair/replace all asphalt approximately 15 ft. in front of the garage doors.
(see 1/A1.1 and 2/A3.0)
- Remove the (2) existing metal chimney flues on the roof.
(see 4/A3.0)
- Add a new metal chimney flue towards the rear of the house.
(see 6/A3.0)
These improvements should have little, if any, impact on the surrounding properties, as it is extremely
difficult to see what we are proposing from any angle outside of the property.
It is our hope that this can be handled with a staff review and approval.
