Scope of work involves repairs to framing, replacement of existing deck boards & reinstallation of existing
railing.
Photo of existing decking. New decking material is to be 2x6 PT lumber, natural sealed finish.
Photo of existing deck railing which is to be reinstalled.
Note: width between existing balusters does not meet building code. We can add additional balusters
between the existing (which would cause this side of duplex to not match the other side) or we could leave
the railing as is. Please let us know how planning & building would like us to proceed.
