The new building has been designed with mountain modern characteristics and a natural material pallet. The roofs consist of traditional gables with synthetic shake. Interconnected and secondary shed roofs all with metal standing seam roofing. 2x10 fascia is typical with 6x10 rafter tails with some accent exposed steel beams to expose the structure. The building siding materials are a balanced mix of stone veneer, reclaimed wood siding, ship lapped horizontal cedar siding with 3x3 wood trim accents, and copper shingle. Steel handrails are proposed at decks in order to create as much transparency as possible. Sincerely, Hans Berglund
