ADA ramp from indoor pool to outside, and ramp from fireplace level to pool level.
Add snowmelt to pool and not tub deck areas. Cover witn new pavers.
Replace interior and exterior pool coping, ladders and otner finisnes.
Add automatic covers for interior and exterior pools/spas. Add one ADA lift per pool.
extend �W wall to enclose an approximate 8)0 sf. of lawn area.
Re-clad all wall and fence areas witn norizontal cement-board.
Create built-in natural gas grill area, and incorporate permanent flower planters.
