Lauderdale) & Cvent Connect (Las Vegas) Industry Events in Denver: CSAE Annual Meeting, MPI Gala VVP Client Events: Boulder Meeting Planner Event at Wild Standard Executive Summary: May was a good month for lead generation and the future pipeline remains strong with 40+ active leads in the system. The above metrics do not include “space available” programs such as weddings and large sporting events (specifically the valley-wide baseball event expected to use over 11,000 room nights). One reminder: the Arthrex programs have eliminated all off-site surgical trainings. These were small individual programs and have been hosted in Vail for a number of years, but did add up in aggregate and will impact future business numbers. VVP exhibited at 2 meeting industry tradeshows: 70 meeting planner attendees 50 one-on-one appointments VVP hosted 1 site and FAM tour to drive group business to Vail: 1,200 potential room nights VVP hosted 0 client event in May:   VVP exhibited at 13 meeting industry tradeshows: 1,353 meeting planner attendees 406 one on one sales appointments VVP hosted 8 site and FAM tours to drive group business to Vail: 4,908 potential room nights VVP hosted 4 client events: 76 meeting planner attendees
