Currently, the town requires a business license for any owner renting a unit more than 14 days per year, a posting of a Vail sales tax account number on all advertisements and remittance of sales and lodging taxes. New regulations that may be considered by Town Council include policies around the topics of: • Life Safety • Licensing Enforcement • Quality of Life / Community Impacts • Vail Quality Standards (Quality of Lodging) Stop by and share your opinions.
