Dear Mel:
Kim and I would like to expand our home in Vail. We are bumping the kitchen wall 8
feet toward the stream and the basement wall 22.5 feet toward the stream. The
enlarged basement area will be covered by a deck which won't materially extend
further toward the stream than the current deck.
The combination of our two lots allow for a total 7,299 square feet (sf) of GRFA, or
3,649 sf each. Detailed calculations are attached. When completed our home will be
