1. The applicant for shall enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Vail for
the area encompassed by the outdoor patio associated with this establishment that
encroaches into the Hanson Ranch Road right-of-way prior to commencing the outdoor
patio use.
2. The applicant shall obtain a ROW permit through the Town of Vail PW department
prior to commencing the installation of the patio railings. Please coordinate with
Leonard Sandoval at 479-2198.
