2.The relocated entry door and gable roof shall not protrude over the adjacent
staircase and shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the issuance of any
building permit.
3.The railing located above the Colorado Ski Museum shall be replaced with the
vertical option as presented by the applicant and painted to match existing and
shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the issuance of any building
permit.
