In an effort to improve views to the outdoors, this project proposes alterations to four existing
ganged window units. The changes to the windows will dimensionally reduce and eliminate
mullions and muntins. The new windows will match the existing windows in material and
finish.
Additionally, a new skylight is planned to incorporate daylight into dark portions of the duplex
unit. The skylight will match the material and finish of the existing skylight.
