No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant to
the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
1. The applicant shall amend the supporting columns for the entry canopy, for review and approval by staff. 2.
The applicant shall provide staff with an acknowledgment from the Evergreen Hotel team concerning the
rooftop mechanical screenings. 3. The approval shall not be for the proposed changes to the exterior stone.
