The total area of patios, decks, & walks is 1,966.25 sq. ft. which translates to 13.4% of the landscape area.
Attached is the revised site plan for the patio only. I believe from our discussion after the PEC meeting we can
change the submittal to include the patio only. Let me know if I need to revise the application and upload all the
material to the Town submittal site. Thanks.

Good Morning Matt,
And thanks for your assistance on Monday.
I'll include the information you need regarding the patio,and I can also answer your questions as follows:
The boulder wall will match existing boulder walls;
At no point will the wall exceed 4'in height;
No lighting is proposed;
I'll delineate the Limit of Disturbance on the Plan.
Regarding the Trash enclosure,we're not necessarily going to appeal to Council,though that was my
recommendation to Mr.Robson after the meeting. I haven't heard which way he'd prefer to go so I can't tell you
definitively that we're going forward with the appeal or not.

In order to approve the patio, I am looking for some additional information:
1. Is the proposed boulder retaining wall going to match existing boulder walls on
site?
2. What is the proposed height from bottom of grade to top?
3. Will there be any lighting adding to the patio area?
4. Please demarcate the disturbance area for construction of the patio.
Also, George mentioned that you will be appealing the PEC decision regarding the trash
enclosure. Please let me know if I can be of any help during the process.
