North side of building:
3 PUMY-P6ONKMU Heat Pumps to be set on ground: One of the east end, one in the middle and one on the west end. Exact location to be
determined by owners and CCC.
Rooms 41,42,43,44 and 45 to have wall mount units due to lofted ceiling. 8000Btu each
Fitzhugh(312)loft to have one wall mount unit 8000Btu and three cassettes(two 8000Btu and one !2,000Btu for main room)
Rooms 32,33,34 and 35 one cassette each. 8000Btu each
Rooms 22,23,24,25,26, 27 and 28 each will have one ceiling cassette. 8000Btu each
10th Mtn(212)will have a total of three cassettes(One 12,000Btu and two 8000Btu )
Room 15 will have two cassettes and 16 will have one cassette(8000Btu each)
South side of building:
One MXZ8B48 Heat Pump to set on deck of Belvedere(102 )with two 3 port branch boxes that will need to be located in ceiling
This unit will serve four indoor cassettes for Belvedere and one cassette each for rooms 10 and 11.
Eaton(101)will have one MXZ4C36 Heat Pump to serve four indoor cassettes.
Riva (201)will have one MXZ5C42 to set on deck and serve five indoor cassettes each.
Camp Hale (203)will have one MXZ4C36 to set on decks and serve four indoor cassettes each.
Siebert(202)will have one MXZ3C30 to set on deck and serve three indoor cassettes.
Electrical work not included in pricing.
Mechanical Permit Fee is included in pricing.
Stamped Engineered drawings at this time are not expected. Engineered drawings not included in the cost of this proposal
Fire rated tents are to be provided by owner and installed by Climate Control.
Decorative condenser screens/covers/vegetation ect. not included in proposal.
Crane, man lift,traffic plans ect. not included in proposal as access for lift is not feasible.
