To whom it may concern,
We are the current homeowners of the residence described above located at 1450 Lionsridge Loop in
Vail, Colorado. We are in the process of selling the residence to Justin and Kerry Roach. We understand
that they would like to make some modifications to the home that will require review and approval by
the Town of Vail Building and Planning Departments,the Town of Vail Design Review Board, and
potentially other regulatory agencies.
We hereby grant our permission for the Roaches to proceed with the required applications and reviews.
This does not imply knowledge or approval of any specific aspects of the modifications. We leave that
to the responsible regulating agencies. We understand that no construction will commence until the
legal transfer of ownership is completed.
