General Information: This app!lcaUon is required for all proposals involving the addition of any floor area1 Including net
floor area end/or gross residential floor area (GRFA). This also Includes proposals for 'residential 250 additions' and
'interior conversions'. Appllcable Vall Town Code sections can be found at www.vallgov.com under Vall Information -
Town Code Online. AU projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to StJbmilling a building permit appll-
cat!on. An application for Design Review cannot be accepted untll all required information ls received by the Community
Development Department, as outlined tn the submittal requirements. The project may also need to be reviewed by the
Town Councll and/or the Planning and Environmental Commlssron. Design review approval expires one year from the
date of approval, unless a buirdfng permit fs issued and construction commences,
