RE: Cavanagh Remodel at Homestake Condos
This remodel entails the following items:
• Extend the existing loft inside and enclose part of it to make a bedroom.
• Add a stackable washer/dryer in the loft bedroom. Dryer vent will terminate at
adjacent exterior wall at 2nd level above Entry.
• Replace the existing loft window with a proper egress window. The new window
will measure 30" x 52".
• Refinish the existing bathroom on the main level.
