To my knowledge, there is at least one Comcast Cable service line (from the pedestal at NE corner of the
property to the residence)that conflicts with the proposed construction and will need to be relocated. Michael,
would you please let me know what I need to do to get this relocated? Thanks.
Additionally, the two gas meters will need to be relocated approximately 20' or less from their current location to
a new location. Britt, would you please review and let me know who I need to speak with at XCEL to get an
estimate for this work and mark up the form with your appropriate comments? Thanks.
The water line appears to be out of the way and the sanitary line is on the Ute Lane side of the residence, not
the Snowshoe Lane side and is therefore (I believe) not conflicting the proposed construction as well.
