The following revisions have been made to the Permit Drawings, originally submitted on March 24,
2014. Specific revision items are generally listed here in drawing-by-drawing format. Floor plan and
exterior modifications have been included in this listing of drawings submitted for Design Review Board
review. Please advise if there are any questions.Thank you.
Architectural Drawing Sheets:
A21.2 Main Level Plan:
1. Revised master balcony hot tub and surrounding protective balcony wall.
2. Revised &clarified mechanical attic equipment at master bedroom.
3. Revised exterior wall framing at Q-line attics due to structural bearing& existing conditions.
4. Added wood flooring and wall with 4'0" opening at corridor/foyer.
5. Revised doors at wet bar.
A21.3 Upper Level Plan:
1. Revised living room balcony walls and adjacent roof areas due to structural bearing&
existing conditions.
2. Revised living room fireplace location.
3. Deleted dining room fireplace and stone surround.
4. Enlarged and combined electrical &A/V rooms into powder room to accommodate
clearances for required equipment.
5. Revised access to library/sitting from guest master ante to new library/sitting hallway.
A21.6 Lower Roof Plan:
1. Revised master balcony side walls& added small roof areas due to structural bearing&
existing conditions.
A21.7 Upper Roof Plan:
1. Revised copper roof skirting near Q-19 & 0-20 due to structural framing conditions.
2. Noted final locations of fireplace flues & kitchen exhaust.
3. Revised linen & laundry chute chimney cap to match kitchen exhaust cap (top of cap is
lowered by approx. 3' 0").
A23.2 Partial Enlarged Elevations- East:
1. Revised copper roof skirting near Q-19 & 0-20 due to structural framing conditions.
2. Revised living room balcony walls and adjacent roof areas due to structural bearing&
existing conditions.
3. Noted fireplace flues & kitchen exhaust.

conditions. Note that height of commercial kitchen exhaust revisions were structural and
the height and size remained the same as permitted.Also note that smaller exhaust chase
chimney to the east of the commercial exhaust was not raised (as permitted), because
existing chimney did not contain a flue, as previously assumed.
4. Revised master balcony hot tub protection wall.
5. Revised laundry chute chimney cap and reduced height by approx. 3' 0"to reduce loads on
existing framing.
