Request: Modification of an Existing AT&T Cell Site at the Brandess Building
Description of Modifications:
This activity involves removing(1) four foot antenna in the front of the building called beta sector
and replacing with(1) new 6 foot LTE antenna. At property owners request the bottom of the
antenna will be mounted at the same location as the existing antenna. The top of the antenna will
be 1 foot 10 inch above the roof line. Adding (2) new 6 foot LTE antennas on the Alpha and
Gamma sectors flush mounted to the existing HVAC screen wall. Adding(3) new RRH behind
existing HVAC screen wall. Adding (2) new surge suppressor behind the existing HVAC screen
wall.
Inside the equipment room AT&T will be removing (3) TDMA cabinets, Removing(1) GSM
cabinet, removing (2) existing battery stacks and replacing with (3) new battery racks.

Justification:
Modifications are needed to improve AT&T LTE coverage in the area.
