Dear Kyle,
This is to serve as formal notification that the 44 Willow Place Association has reviewed
and approved the plans for modifications to take place within unit 3. As a condition to this
approval, before construction can begin, the parties will enter into an agreement dealing
with the following matters:
--An independent structural engineer will be retained to review and consent to the
crawlspace expansion, at Owner's cost pursuant to a budget approved as part of the
agreement;
--The boiler room work and fire/life/safety work will be completed by the
Association's current contractors; and
--Owner will be responsible for assuring that no negative impact occurs on the
building systems as a whole and those serving any of the other two units.
