Brian- I missed noting the new dryer enclosure SF under the existing roof on the Upper Level.
That added 12 SF (total of 232)to your noted 220. Sorry for the error. The expanded deck
area on the upper level (over the Dining room expansion below) does NOT add any GRFA to
the property. Please let me know if you need any additional information on this application.
