The location for each outfall is defined and established by the permittee prior to the discharge commencing. The outfall location shall not be changed once established. The dewatering effluent will be discharged to a ditch with flow to Gore Creek. Monitoring shall occur after the implementation of any best management practice and prior to discharge to the ditch.
