The permit certification authorizes four discharge outfalls to surface water from
specific locations within the project boundary (as defined in the permit
application). The location for each outfall is defined and established by the
permittee prior to the discharge commencing. The outfall location shall not be
changed once established.
The dewatering effluent will be discharged to a ditch with flow to Gore Creek.
Monitoring shall occur after the implementation of any best management
practice and prior to discharge to the ditch.

1 The maximum flow limit will be equal to twice the maximum flow rate provided in the permit application
or subsequent modifications.
2 If a visible sheen is observed, a grab sample shall be collected and analyzed for oil and grease.
