1. PROTECT ALL EXISTING BUILDING COMPONENTS
(WALLS, DOORS, WINDOWS, CEILINGS, ETC.) NOTED TO
REMAIN DURING DEMOLITION & NEW CONSTRUCTION.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL ROOF AREAS TO BE
REMOVED ALONG WITH EXTERIOR WALLS AND PROVIDE
SUPPORT AND SHORING AS REQUIRED.
GENERAL NOTES
1. EXISTING ROOF TO REMAIN.
2. DEMOLISH & REMOVE EXISTING ROOF AND
STRUCTURE AS REQUIRED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
3. THIS ROOF AREA TO REMAIN TO DEFINE EXISTING
VIEW CORRIDOR. PROVIDE SHORING & BRACING AS
REQUIRED WHEN SUPPORTING WALL STRUCTURE BELOW
IS REMOVED.
