Design Review Board approval does not constitute a permit for building. Please consult with Town of Vail building personnel prior to construction activities. Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals. No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the appropriate review committee(s). Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, applicant shall obtain a revocable right-of-way permit for the portions of the retaining walls and snow melted (heated) driveway within the Sierra Trail right-of-way. Any heated portion of the driveway located within the right of way must be in a separate zone. The four (4) foot concrete pan cannot be heated, Pursuant to Section 14-3-2, Other Requirements, Vail Town Code. The retaining wall design per the 2014 approved plan shall be used as the design for this application, per the Town Engineer and the Design Review Board decision of May 4, 2016. This property is located in a "geologically sensitive area" pursuant to Chapter 12-21, Hazard Regulations, Vail Town Code. Prior to the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy, the applicant shall have completed all site and landscaping improvements as shown on the approved Design Review Board.
