HomeMy WebLinkAboutCR letter.pdfjmechling@CTLThompson.com to DAVID RE: Tue, Jul 12 2:45 PM CTL/Thompson provided a geotechnical Consultation report to Mr. Keith Novich for residential building on Lot 22 Vail Village West, Filing No.1 (aka 1740 Sierra Trail) in Vail. You asked if the report was in compliance with International Building Code 2015. The only reference to IBC in the report is item no.5 on page 22. The reference is regarding vapor barrier installation. We suggested the 2003 IBC code be check to identify if a vapor barrier is required. We suggest the design team check if the vapor barrier is required by 2015 IBC. Otherwise to the best of my knowledge the report is in compliance with IBC 2015.
