Emporia Count Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Re: Request to install air conditioning in Unit 27 Dear Debbie and Paul: The Board of Directors reviewed your application to install air conditioning in its meeting September 14, 2016. The review was based on the following: — Application Package submitted by Debbie September 8, 2016 and revised September 14, 2916 — Representations made by Justin Nielsen of Skyline Mechanical Inc. in the on-site meeting of Justin,Tom Saalfeld, Debbie Ford and Gwen Scalpello On file with the Association are signed Application for Unit Remodel and a Certificate of Liability for Skyline Mechanical Inc. A construction agreement signed by the owner and by Skyline Mechanical Inc. will be required before construction may begin The application is approved with the following conditions: — Exterior compressor unit: mounting is to incorporate vibration dampening; compressor will be mounted on the east side of the balcony, below the deck rail, perpendicular to and as close to the building as feasible — All plumbing and electrical conduit will be contained entirely within Unit 27 with the exception of the connection to the ceiling-mounted condenser unit serving the master bedroom,which will penetrate the ceiling into General Common Element space above; connections to this unit may be run just above the master bedroom ceiling in the General Common Element space above — Condensate from the interior units will be drained to a bathroom drain or to the clothes washer drain on the loft level within the unit, not directly to the common waste lines — No interior units may interfere with the operation of the fire sprinkler system — The owner is responsible for all upgrades to electrical service to support this installation. 9 Vail Road Vail, CO 81657 800/872.7221 9701479.7100 All approvals are subject to the Construction Agreement, Rules and Regulations,Architectural Change and Design Review of Unit Modifications, Common Element Modification Policy and Universal Policy on Unit Renovations, all of which can be found on the 9 Vail Road website. All logistics regarding parking, trash removal, construction materials delivery and building access should be coordinated with Tom Saalfeld before any work starts. By copy to Town of Vail Community Development,this letter also documents the Association's approval for application for Town of Vail building permits and Design Review Board reviews.
