Hello Brian,
I've spoken to the client about the tree removal requests for this property. If possible, we would like
to propose the removal of the aspen that is against the cable/phone pedestal. In addition, they
would like to remove the mugo pine but replace it with a dwarf spruce (like the neighbor's to the
west). The spruce would go back in the same location as the mugo but would mitigate the issues of
overgrowing the space and blocking the eastern neighbor's walkway to their front door. If this is an
amenable compromise, please let me know what I need to do to modify the permit application and I
will do so.
