the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
No signs shown or authorized in this Sign Program shall block required sight distances as required by the Vail
Town Code. If it is determined that a sign does block sight distances, the sign shall be relocated to a location
that does not block required sight distances, at the expense of the Applicant.
