We have the entire house gutted at this point in time and are just starting our underground work of lowering the
foundations and footings. The goals are to wrap the underground work by April and be back to finish work by summer
so we can wrap it up in the fall.

We would like to propose some minor window tweaks at 44 Willow and would need Association Sign off to go to the
Town of Vail for approval.
