Per discussions with Jonathan Spence regarding the February application, we are
providing the following updated information:
1. Arborist Report dated August 31, 2016 recommending the removal of (3)
evergreen trees discussed on site.
2. Updated Landscape Plan dated April 11, 2017 showing new planting 10' off Mill
Creek Circle. See Sheet L1
3. Three panel Weiland sliding glass door at patio to replace existing windows — See
Sheets A3.1, A4.2 and A5.1
4. Relocate electrical panel to east wall of the residence. See attached photo.
