Conditions:
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- 1. Prior to building permit submittal, the applicant shall address to the satisfaction of the Community
Development Department concerns related to the proposed property division and the applicable building
codes.
- Prior to building permit submittal, the applicant shall work with staff to finalize net new square footage
calculations for the purpose of Inclusionary Zoning.
- 3. Prior to building permit submittal, the applicant shall work with staff on possible amendments to the
landscape plan, per direction provided by TOV Landscape Architect Gregg Barrie.
- 4. Prior to building permit submittal, the applicant shall amend the landscape plan to remove the boulders
from the one hundred year floodplain and to demonstrate the limits of disturbance fence
