RE: 4367 COLUMBINE DRIVE—DRB FINAL APPLICATION
Dear Vail DRB members,
Please accept this application for the new home on 4367 Columbine Drive. This is the third
home that the team of Gary Urdang, Crestone Building and Green Line Architects has worked on; one in
Powder Mountain Utah, one in the Cordillera Valley Club and now this one.
This home has some exposure to 1-70, which means that there is some highway noise. We have
planned for sound mitigation measures reduce indoor noise from the highway. We have also kept the
outdoor spaces opposite the highway, on the east and the north.
We are excited about the exterior finishes of this house, especially the mitered corners of the
corrugated metal.
We have a prepared an application that we believe meet the requirements of the Town of Vail
codes.
We will be happy to provide more information if needed.
