Chris,
We had the Griffis project reviewed in its' entirety in August 2016 (original submittal 7-25-16). Since then the
Owner has been working with Ceres Landscape Architects on reworking the terrace shape plantings and hot tub
location. We wanted to submit to the Town of Vail DRB these changes for review. Both terrace (North and
South) have changed enough to review.
