Conditions:
- Applicant shall install a green construction fence along the south construction disturbance line, as shown on
the revised and approved access and site disturbance plan presented to the Design Review Board during the
meeting of May 17, 2017.
- Design Review Board approval does not constitute a permit for building. Please consult with Town of Vail
building personnel prior to construction activities.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, applicant shall remove the temporary construction access
road on the south side of the lot, and shall re-grade and re-vegetate all disturbed areas with native grasses
to resemble as close as possible to the pre-construction condition of the land. This shall include disturbed
lands within the Colorado Department of Transportation (ODOR) right-of-way.
