Project Description:
I (Justin Palmer) am requesting the approval of a ground level deck to be built off
of unit #2208 at Simba Run condominiums. The deck will only consist of pressure
treated lumber, exterior coated fasteners, galvanized hangers, and TimberTech
composite decking/facia in the color family "Earthwood Evolution Terrain Silver
Maple". This color and material has been pre-approved with the "joint property
owner written approval letter" form signed and approved by the board president
of the Simba Run association. There is no need for railing/barrier system, as the
highest point of grade to the top of the deck is 26".

Conditions:
- Design Review Board approval does not constitute a permit for building. Please consult with Town of Vail
building personnel prior to construction activities.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
