Sean,
Both of your requests for the dryer vent and for the A/C have been approved according to the associa踀�on’s policies. I
will need a plan showing the detail of exactly where and on what the A/C will be installed.
The owner will need to complete the License Agreement for the placement of equipment on a Limited Common
Element and any costs associated to that which will be their responsibility. Please be aware that this license has not
received final approval from the board so it could change slightly but it covers the basics of what will be required.
