Jack’s upper deck is built over the property line on the West side and we would like to cut the railing off facing Galvins so we can extend the wall on our property in this area as the photo shows. Otherwise, with this work, we would need to patch and repair Jack’s stucco at the rear where the two houses meet and this would require some more extensive repair and we would also re-paint the rear of Jack’s house. As agreed, we will work with you on timing, but this would likely be in the fall. Also, per the attached, we’d love to put two dwarf shrubs and two aspens on Jack’s property to screen the hot tub and add some vertical relief. The Aspen trees are certainly not necessary, but would love permission for the shrubs which we would irrigate off the Galvin’s system also. Please let me know your thoughts and questions on these items. Thanks!
