This isa request to change the approved roofing material at the entry stairof Red Lion Unit 304 from ballast to coppershinglesperDRBdirection given on June 21st 2017. The current approved roofing material is ballast roofing which is made up of small grey pebblesheld in place with tarwhich wasto match the roofing material on the main building. It wasdetermined by the roofing contractorthat due to the slope of the new entry stair roof the ballast type of roofing will not work at the entry stair roof. I would like to request that the roofing material at the entry stair be changed to coppershingles. I have included drawingsof the area requested to be changed and a sample photo of the proposed shingles.
