Changesto approved plans
Re: Red Lion Condominium Unit R-3
The following isa detailed description of the change being requested from the original
approval of Red Lion Condominium unit 304.
This isa request to change the approved roofing material at the entry stair of Red Lion
Unit 304 from ballast to Davinci synthetic tile.
The current approved roofing material is ballast roofing which is made up of small grey
pebblesheld in place with tarwhich wasto match the roofing material on the main
building. It wasdetermined by the roofing contractor that due to the slope of the new
entry stair roof the ballast type of roofing will not work at the entry stair roof. I would like
to request that the roofing material at the entry stair be changed to Davinci single
width synthetic shake roof tile, color mountain variblend . I have included drawingsof
the area requested to be changed and a sample of the proposed tile.
