cochere is no longer being changed and the landscape island is being maintained

approval. The decorative panel inserts are still being proposed as shown in the
detail on sheet A-301 . Overall the changes increase the amount of landscape
treat. No lighting proposed in this package but will be submitted separately.

- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
